Our Insurance Claims Process
Damage Inspection & Documentation
Our experienced team performs a full inspection of your roofing, siding, and gutters. We identify and document all storm-related damage and explain what it means for your home if left unaddressed.
Notify Your Insurance Provider
Before repairs can begin, your insurance company needs to assess the damage. Most providers have a streamlined claims process to help you file quickly.
Insurance Adjuster Meeting (On-Site)
We coordinate directly with your insurance adjuster to review the damage we’ve documented. This ensures nothing is overlooked and your claim is handled fairly.
Review of the Insurance Estimate
Once the adjuster’s estimate is issued, we carefully review it. If anything is missing or undervalued, we’ll submit a supplement to your insurance provider—a common step we handle with confidence.
Handling Mortgage Company Endorsements
If your insurance check includes your mortgage company as a payee, we’ll assist you with the necessary forms and steps to keep your project moving.
Project Kickoff
Before work begins, we provide a detailed build letter and project overview so you know exactly what to expect. Your first payment is requested at the time of material scheduling.
Change Orders & Insurance Supplements
Sometimes hidden issues arise mid-project. We document any changes and submit additional supplements to your insurance provider for approval before continuing work.
Final Walkthrough
Once the work is complete, we schedule a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations. This is your chance to ask questions and review the results.
Final Invoice & Warranty Registration
After all work is done and approved, we send the final invoice to both you and your insurer. Once payment is complete, we register your Service Plus Warranty—giving you long-term peace of mind.
