Where do I start. I called Dan, he came over and knew exactly what he was talking about, he passed it on to Dillon, (expected) Dillon knew the Insurance games that were played, Dillon jumped through the 59 hoops that were in front of him. The insurance tried to patch the roof with similar shingles. Mind you, they were 4 shades darker and a different size. The State Farm agent literally lied an endless amount of times and kept telling me he’s been doing it for 12 years. “It’s always done this way”. After all the nonsense, Dillon got the whole thing approved with new shingles. Now comes time for the install. Simply effortless on my part. I did nothing at all. The crew was awesome, they were very friendly as well. We had a couple stray shingles fall and damage a few screens, Dans reply without hesitation, we will get them replaced. He took full accountability . I am a 35 year General contractor and I know games that are played. Poor Craftsmanship ect. They are well over the top. GREAT COMPANY to work with. Clearway Exteriors has done an exceptional job in replacing a roof after we had hail damage due to a storm on March 10th. I do recommend Clearway Exteriors especially Dillon was there every step of way and if we needed help or question with process he was very prompt. After the devastating EF3 tornado on March 10 in Kankakee County, our home suffered significant roof and gutter damage from hail, requiring replacement of both.
